The Geek Squad, those customer service reps behind the counter at Best Buy, is challenging people to come up with the next big idea. The winners of the What's Your Big Idea? challenge will get to attend IdeaFestival to put their ideas into action with help from Geek Squad agents. The event, to be held Sept. 13-15 in Louisville, KY, brings together thinkers from around the globe to explore innovative, imaginative and cutting-edge ideas.
